I have used multiple cleaning services\/private individuals over the last several years – Two Maids and A Mop is BY FAR the most concerned with customer satisfaction. The ladies that come to my home are always friendly, quiet (which is a plus since I work from home), and expedient. They want to make sure they have fulfilled my expectations with every visit – the couple of times that something has been inadvertently missed they had a written note from their management team with them on the next visit to pay extra attention to that particular detail. They are always on time and have NEVER not shown up – they are the most dependable service I have ever used.Johnna
